This project involves editing several hours of recorded sessions into structured, short-form training modules. You will be responsible for cutting down raw footage into 1–5 minute clips and assembling them with additional media assets to align with a detailed script. These modules will form part of a professional video training course for our practitioners. Your Responsibilities: Review and organize raw video footage (hours-long sessions) Extract short, relevant segments (1–5 minutes each) Combine clips with narrated and produced content provided by our team Minor motion-graphics skills for inserting PowerPoint slides with video overlay Match all video/audio assets to a comprehensive 500-page script, which includes session transcripts and supporting commentary Assemble final modules into complete 1080p training videos Add intro/outro bumpers (provided) Maintain clear labeling and organization of all media and timelines Deliver both master video files and project files What We’re Looking For: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro Excellent project organization skills Ability to follow a structured script and align visuals/audio accordingly Experience handling large volumes of footage and creating cohesive timelines Reliable workflow with backup and version control practices Strong communication and a proactive attitude Deliverables: Multiple finalized 1080p training videos Organized project timelines and files All work backed up and clearly labeled for future reference
