The successful candidate will have experience migrating data and processes from Freshdesk to Salesforce. You will guide us through best practices, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal configuration of the Service Cloud. If you have a proven track record in Salesforce implementations and a deep understanding of Service Cloud functionalities, we want to hear from you.
