We are a very small but growing business (commercial real estate). I am an admin resource and know a little about CRM but we are looking on to Salesforce and I need: - basic training (entering leads, creating opportunities, etc.), - Segmenting lists - setting it up so it makes sense for what we do - E-marketing capabilities Right now we have a website (Sharplaunch), Crexi, Loopnet, and Hubspot for email marketing.
