Quickbooks A/R Associate
I would like to be fired from managing Quickbooks for my organization. You will fire me by working a few hours per week for the company in partnership with our Professional Services business unit who manages our client relationships. You will be introduced to a very simple process of collecting receivables to be invoiced each week. This information will be provided by our sales and professional services teams but will evolve with further automation. You will generate invoices, distribute the invoices to the clients, and support the process with any questions regarding A/R. Each month you will report information to our tax professionals as requested, again to see further automation this year. We use Quickbooks Online and most payments are received via ACH so the other aspect of the position is to post payments against their proper invoices, etc. Fire me. Please fire me. This is a long-term role for a growing tech platform and probably what you experienced bookkeepers would call a pretty easy one.
