I have 4 bar / restaurants and I’ve bought each location an IPhone so our bartenders / managers can take short videos and pictures and then post stories and posts daily. Www.fozzys.net is the brand - search fozzys on Facebook or instagram or TikTok What I’m looking for is someone who can help put a content plan together that a dedicated manager at each location can follow and oversee. I would need you to hold my managers accountable for taking action on the plan. Review their work and coach them on what could be better. Keep track of KPIs on views / growth of platforms. We will also need to hire video editor which I have a few in mind that could create videos for us. Basically looking for someone who can create a content plan for everyday of the week that my bartenders / managers can follow using sop(s) you create. I need a “system” my team can follow to make us the best bar / restaurant brand in each area.
