This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, comfortable using AI tools, and has experience in content scheduling and basic email marketing. Key Responsibilities - Schedule and manage posts on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok). - Use Mailchimp to schedule and send email campaigns. Utilize AI tools to assist with content generation, captions, and engagement. - Monitor scheduled content to ensure accuracy and consistency. - Collaborate with the team to align content with campaigns and organizational goals. Requirements - Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite). - Familiarity with Mailchimp for email scheduling. - Ability to utilize AI tools for content assistance. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow scheduling timelines. - Reliable communication and ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with non-profits, healthcare, or advocacy organizations. - Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) for minor content edits. - Understanding of social media analytics to track post performance.
