Job Summary As an SEO Specialist, you will develop and execute robust SEO strategies designed to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and maximize online visibility. You will collaborate closely with our content, marketing, and development teams to implement best practices and ensure our digital assets remain ahead of industry trends. Your expertise in SEO to increase organic and local traffic will be instrumental in reaching target audiences and supporting our business growth objectives. Key Responsibilities - Work with Google Ads Specialist to have comprehensive keyword and SEO collaboration strategy. - Implementing targeted Google Ads, Local Service Ads, and local keywords to boost SEO performance for landing pages and web pages. - Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track and report on performance, adjusting campaigns for maximum impact. - Optimize website and landing page content, metadata, image tags, and site structure to enhance search performance and support SEO best practices. - Perform technical SEO audits; work with developers to resolve crawl errors, improve site speed, and ensure mobile optimization. - Increase SEO organic and local traffic local service areas supporting SEO strategies. - Develop and implement effective page building and off-page SEO strategies. - Monitor / Report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush. - Audit websites and landing pages to improve technical SEO (site speed, mobile optimization indexing all web pages). - Stay current with evolving search engine algorithms and industry best practices. - Collaborate with content creators to make sure every piece of copy is not only great but optimized for SEO - Solid understanding of GA4, UTM parameters, and Google Ads. - 5 years experience with Keyword Research, On-page Optimization. - 5 years experience with Google Search Console, Analytics, & My Business - Strong attention to detail and have a proactive attitude. - 3 years experience with Google Insights, Google maps & mobile/desktop functionality - Collaborate with content teams to ensure all digital content is SEO-friendly and aligned with business goals. - Manage & optimize online, offline, & local SEO, tags, and schema markup implementation. Required Qualifications - 5+ years of proven working experience as an SEO Specialist, with a track record of driving measurable results. - Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices. - Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.). - Familiarity with HTML/CSS, CMS platforms (WordPress and Go High Level), and basic web development principles. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. Education & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience in local and organic SEO to support company websites and optimize landing page performance. - Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines in a remote setting. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with B2C SEO particularly geo-targeting for local service areas. - Knowledge of PPC and content marketing strategies. - SEO expertise across Google, Bing, social media, and landing pages. - Basic understanding of JavaScript and advanced HTML for technical SEO tasks. - Understanding of PPC principles. - Experience in the HVAC Service Industry is a Plus.
