I'm seeking a professional to create a comprehensive Excel dashboard for my call center. This dashboard should track key metrics such as call durations, agent performance, and customer satisfaction. It will need to pull data from various sources including Forms, our CRM system, and manual entries. I use service titan conversation reporting and 3CX The dashboard should also incorporate pie charts, which will be the primary type of visualization used.
