WordPress changes not showing on Internet

The changes I'm making on WordPress can't be seen to the public on the Internet. I'm sure it's a easy fix for knowledgeable person. I've had nothing but issues since changes hosts. Need someone to fix the issue why public can't see WordPress updates. Need this done asap.
