Build MVP for Financial Education Tool – Landing Page + 2 Core Tools (React/Next.js Preferred)
I am working on a modern financial education startup helping users learn about money through analogies, personalized planning, and clean, simple tools. I’m looking for a fast, reliable, and communicative developer to help build our MVP. The concept, layout, and content are already structured—now I need a builder who can execute the foundation cleanly and quickly. This project includes three main parts: What You’ll Build: 1. Landing Page Modern, clean scroll-based layout Hero section with slogan & call-to-action Short blurbs on tools (Wealth Parallels + Perspective Planner) Mobile responsive Simple contact form (optional) 2. Analogy Tool User selects an interest (e.g., sports, fashion, music) Then selects a financial concept (e.g., stocks, bonds, ETFs) Returns an analogy-based explanation (initially using static content, but expandable to AI later) Simple, smooth UX with dropdowns and display area 3. Budget Tool User enters income & expenses by category Assigns “Revenue” or “Expense” tags and frequency (monthly, yearly, etc.) Dynamically calculates total revenue, total expenses, surplus/deficit Allows adding/removing budget rows Clean output display – no clutter, just clarity Requirements: React.js / Next.js preferred Must build clean, responsive, and mobile-friendly components Strong front-end skillset; full-stack is a bonus Strong communication (I want consistent updates, not disappearances) Bonus: experience with Firebase, MongoDB, or AI integration Deliverables: A working MVP with all 3 tools fully functional Clean UI/UX based on provided guidance Organized codebase and deployment-ready build Milestone 1 (Test Run): Build landing page ONLY If successful, continue to full build What I’m NOT Looking For: WordPress, Wix, or template-based builders Agencies or resellers pretending to be individuals Slow communication or “yes man” behavior Anyone not hungry to execute and deliver quickly I want someone who cares about building real products, not just ticking a checklist.
