Senior Adobe Ecosystem Consultant (B2B Omnichannel Specialization)

The Senior Adobe Ecosystem Consultant will be instrumental in guiding our B2B client through the process of enabling their data and technology stacks to deliver AI-driven, customer-centric, omnichannel experiences. You will leverage your expertise within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem to design and roadmap transformative initiatives. A key focus will be enabling modular content strategies powered by content affinity models to deliver personalized experiences at scale. Responsibilities: • Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with client stakeholders to align and translate client challenges and business needs to actionable and quantifiable use cases, defining technical requirements. • Roadmap Development: Develop comprehensive, multi-phase transformation roadmaps that outline the strategy, key initiatives, technology requirements, data flows, and organizational changes needed to achieve AI-driven, omnichannel customer experiences. • Service Blueprinting: Support in populating service blueprints that visualize the end-to-end customer journey across multiple touchpoints, highlighting underlying processes, technologies (specifically the Adobe stack), and data interactions required to deliver seamless experiences. • Adobe Ecosystem Architecture: Design and advise on the optimal configuration and integration of Adobe Experience Cloud products (Marketo, AEM, Target, Analytics, Audience Manager) to support the defined strategy. Ensure the architecture enables seamless data flow and activation for personalization. • Modular Content & AI Strategy: Architect solutions for implementing modular content strategies within the Adobe ecosystem enabling content reuse and dynamic assembly. Define how content affinity models (leveraging data from Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager, and other sources) will drive content personalization through Adobe Target and Marketo. • Data Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with client teams to ensure the data architecture, collection, and governance practices support the requirements for advanced personalization and AI modeling. Required Qualifications: • Proven experience working with large B2B enterprise clients on complex digital transformation, marketing technology, or customer experience initiatives. • Demonstrable experience creating strategic roadmaps and detailed service blueprints. • Deep understanding and practical experience with the Adobe Experience Cloud, specifically: o Adobe Marketo Engage o Adobe Experience Manager o Adobe Target o Adobe Analytics o Adobe Audience Manager • Strong understanding of how these Adobe tools integrate and exchange data to enable omnichannel experiences. • Experience designing or implementing modular content strategies and an understanding of the underlying principles. • Familiarity with the concepts of AI/ML-driven personalization, such as content affinity models, recommendation engines, or predictive segmentation. Preferred Qualifications: • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to distill key information from undefined client and internal requests • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or Adobe Certified Master (ACM) certifications in relevant products (AEM, Marketo, Target, Analytics, Audience Manager). • Hands-on implementation experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products. • Experience with other best-in-class enterprise systems (e.g., CDPs, ABM tools, Sales Outreach). • Direct experience implementing AI/ML models for marketing personalization. • Familiarity with B2B-specific marketing strategies (e.g., Account-Based Marketing, Buying Groups)
