Build MVP for Section 8 Real Estate App – IDX Feed + FMR Analyzer + Chat Community + Coaching

Project Overview: I’m a real estate investor, coach, and content creator building a simple MVP for a Section 8 rental property investment platform. I'm looking for a developer (or small team) to bring this to life with a focus on functionality, speed, and scalability. ✅ Core Features Needed: 1. IDX Feed with FMR-Based Deal Analyzer Pull in real estate listings via IDX or SimplyRETS API Filter by location, price, beds/baths Display local Fair Market Rent (FMR) data per listing (based on zip code and bedroom count – I will provide data source) Show estimated cash flow = FMR - estimated mortgage Save/favorite deals for users 2. Slack-Like Community Chat Channel-based messaging (e.g. #general, #referrals, #Q&A) Direct messaging Tagging, reactions, simple moderation Optional: Use existing tools like Pusher, Stream, or Discord-like UI 3. 1-on-1 Coaching Tab (via Slack or DM Integration) Users can book private coaching sessions (Calendly or embedded scheduler) Private coaching chat powered by Slack or built-in chat tab Upload and store notes/messages securely
