Skilled Automation Freelancer to build low code automation system

Job Post: Build Low-Code Automation System Using Airtable, GPT-4, Zapier, and PhantomBuster Overview: We’re looking for a skilled automation freelancer to build a low-code AI-powered system that streamlines operations for a small but fast-moving creative studio. This includes automating project tracking, lead generation, social content creation, and daily reporting workflows using Airtable, GPT-4, Zapier, and other tools. A complete build kit will be provided — including prompts, templates, and prewritten automation recipes — so the job is about implementing and customizing it to run smoothly. Scope of Work: • Build and configure Airtable bases for: • Project tracking • Final video deliverables (synced with Frame.io) • Content calendar and approvals • Daily lead tracking via scraping tools • Set up automations using Zapier or Make: • Frame.io → Airtable sync • Airtable → Slack for approvals and notifications • Airtable → Later/Buffer for social media scheduling • GPT-4 API for generating captions, newsletters, and reports • Configure PhantomBuster or similar: • Scrape daily leads from LinkedIn and RFP sources • Populate Airtable with relevant tags and statuses • Build Slack workflows: • 8:30AM daily summary (tasks, leads, approvals) Bonus (not required): • Webflow API integration for auto-updating a website • Email automation with Mailchimp or ConvertKit Deliverables: • Live Airtable base system • Fully functional automation flows (with tests) • Slack/email notifications running daily • Daily lead scraping live and filtered • Final documentation and system walkthrough video • Optional: Visual dashboard in Airtable Interface or Notion What Will Be Provided: • A full AI Agent Build Kit with: • Airtable base templates • GPT-4 prompt library • Automation recipes and Zapier guides • PhantomBuster scraping setups • Outreach + onboarding templates • Clear visual flowcharts and documentation Ideal Candidate: • 2+ years experience with Airtable, Zapier, and OpenAI’s GPT-4 API • Familiar with PhantomBuster, Make.com, or similar scraping tools • Comfortable integrating Slack and Gmail with Zapier • Bonus: Familiarity with creative, agency, or video production workflows Budget: • Open to hourly or fixed project rate Timeline: • Kickoff: As soon as you’re available • Completion Goal: 2–3 weeks max To Apply, Please Include: • A short note about your experience with similar automations • 1–2 examples of previous Airtable/Zapier/AI systems you’ve built • Your thoughts on the best way to approach this build (optional)
