Meta Ads Manager

I run a brand called Johnny Plantain that sells limited-run shirts, prints, and cultural storytelling products. We drop items tied to nostalgia, Miami, Latin culture, and astrology with a wink. I need someone to set up and manage paid ads on Facebook, Instagram and/or TikTok to drive sales and grow the brand during our timed drops. I’m not looking for help with design or copywriting, as I want to maintain full creative control on that front. What I do need is someone who can help identify the right audiences to target and provide strategic guidance on what elements to emphasize in the ad creative to maximize conversions. Ideal if you have experience with Shopify or Big Cartel, targeting niche cultural audiences, and know how to work with visuals or short-form copy. Budget-friendly but results-driven.
