We are rushing decision to buy "Segment" by Twilio now or not. We will be aired at global TV show in 3 weeks, so in order to fully capture the new audience, we are considering "Segment". But this is a huge investment, and we haven't even launched personalization (ex. nosto, fermat, black craw) yet. We did $3M in 2024, aim to make $6M in 2025 and exist in 2027 for $10 evaluation (or revenue). Anyone who can advise if we should get the CDP now or not? (finally barely possible) If we sign tomorrow, they can set up minimum to be ready for the TV show appearance within 3 weeks.
