Program Reporting Dashboard in Looker Studio

Build a functional, visually clear reporting dashboard in Looker Studio that tracks key program performance data across two datasets. This dashboard will be used internally and externally to communicate program impact and performance on a monthly basis. Scope of Work: Review Current Data Sources Understand the structure and content of our two main data sources. Identify any cleanup needed to make the data usable in Looker Studio. Establish Integrations Identify the best way to connect our data sources to Looker Studio Build Looker Studio Dashboard Create a clean, visually appealing dashboard with charts, metrics, and filters by: Program (e.g., different sites or initiatives) Timeframe (e.g., monthly trends) Key Metrics (e.g., clients served, service usage, engagement rates) Ensure metrics are clearly labeled and easy to interpret by non-technical stakeholders. Ensure Sustainability Set up the dashboard to update automatically when new data is added. Provide light documentation (or a Loom video) explaining: How the dashboard works How to maintain or update it moving forward Deliverables: Live Looker Studio dashboard with filtering options Data integration setup using Google tools or other automation platforms Cleaned/organized source datasets if needed Basic instructions for maintenance and updates Timeline: Estimated time: 10–20 hours
