We’re currently looking for an experienced independent contractor to help us map out and document all firm technology in use, including how each tool is used and the specific benefits. The objective is to create a detailed, visual, and easily digestible outline of our tech stack to support strategic clarity and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Build a comprehensive Lucidchart-based diagram of all technologies used across the firm • Identify key integrations, data sharing processes, and automation tools • Document use cases and benefits for each system • Collaborate with our internal team to ensure technical accuracy and completeness Required Skills: • Lucidchart expert with advanced diagramming and visualization skills • Strong (very strong!) written and verbal communication • Solid understanding of integration technologies and data sharing solutions • Familiarity with ETL concepts • Experience with Salesforce (especially Flows and integrations) • Knowledge of Laserfiche or similar document management platforms • Understanding of wealth management workflows and advisor-client technology Bonus Points If You Have: • Experience working with or for an RIA or Broker-Dealer • Familiarity with Orion, Envestnet, and HubSpot • Knowledge of custodian advisor platforms (Fidelity, Schwab, Pershing) This is a strategic and high-visibility project within our firm, and we’re looking for someone who can deliver with precision and clarity.
