Create a series of diagrams from PowerPoint slides

I'm putting together an ebook and would like professionally crafted illustrations based on a crude series of images I created in PowerPoint. This is meant to be a simple, straightforward task, so please know that lower-cost bids will be favored. I've attached the diagrams to be illustrated.
