JOB:
Real Estate Photographer - Spokane, WA

We're looking for a local photographer to shoot finished landscaping and painting projects in the Spokane, WA area. We estimate each shoot to take between 10 and 30 minutes. On occasion, we may ask for a shot of the homeowner, but the vast majority of the time you'll be taking outdoor landscape, outdoor painting and indoor painting shots. Successful candidate will need to be available to shoot within 2 business days of being notified. Here's our process: We'll message you on Slack that a job is ready to shoot, and will provide you with all the pertinent details, including the homeowner's contact info so you can let them know you're coming. You'll shoot the project within 2-3 business days. After shooting, you'll review photos, lightly touching up qualifiers in Lightrooom and uploading to a shared file. You'll then notify us via Slack that the files have been uploaded. To qualify, you must: 1) Live in the Spokane area and have reliable transportation 2) Be experienced in real-world contract photography, having a portfolio to demonstrate 3) Have a high resolution digital camera 4) Have a professional demeanor and present professionally 5) Be organized, timely and communicate well with the team 6) Have a good eye for landscape and real estate shots 7) Be able to communicate on Slack (we can help set you up) We're a small agency with a small but growing client base who prides ourselves on great customer service and communication.
