Production Coordinator (Art/Graphics) in New Jersey (in-office) - 5 yrs experience req'd

We are a cutting edge commercial art company in New Jersey seeking a detail-oriented and creative Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is an in-office position. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process from concept to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for art and detailed project execution, with proficiency in various software (training will be provided, as required). You must be self-driven, an expert at communication and love what you do. Responsibilities -Create art, signage, logo and wallpaper specification packages in PowerPoint. -Prepare hi-res image files for printing (upscale, download and size). -Color match. -Coordinate and manage production schedules to ensure timely project delivery. -Collaborate with designers, production and other team members to develop concepts and execution. -Oversee and manage graphic work executed remotely. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, to create and refine designs. -Oversee the quality control process, ensuring all materials meet company standards. -Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members during the production process. -Impeccably manage project documentation and maintain organized files for easy access by the team. -Stay updated on industry trends in graphic design and photography to enhance production quality.
