We’re developing a patent-pending modular utility case and need a skilled Product Designer with advanced CAD expertise to take it from concept to production-ready files. This is a real-world, professional-grade product designed for the events and gear transport industry. You’ll help: Finalize structural design in Fusion 360 or SolidWorks Integrate CNC aluminum, injection-molded polycarbonate, and TPU components Create exploded views, detailed panel layouts, and magnet/fastener positioning Optimize for manufacturing and assembly Experience with enclosure design, ruggedized gear, or consumer product casing is highly preferred. Full Job Description: Are you a product designer who thrives on sleek, rugged builds and gear that actually gets used? I’m developing a patent-pending modular utility case—the StealthShell Pro Case (SSPC)—for a high-end, professional gear market under my brand Explosive Designz. We’re past the concept phase. The aesthetic, materials, and dimensions are already defined. Now I need a CAD-proficient product designer to help bring it home. What You’ll Be Doing: Finalizing the full product design using CAD (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Rhino, etc.) Designing for real-world manufacturing (CNC aluminum, injection-molded polycarbonate, and TPU shock modules) Detailing cutouts for power switches, vents, handles, and error indicators Mapping out magnet/fastener layouts and panel fitment Creating exploded views, detailed panel breakdowns, and optional patent-style line drawings What You’ll Get: Detailed sketches and full specs Defined dimensions (e.g., 28” W x 17.5” D x 14–15” H) Notes on tolerances, fitment, materials, and function Direct communication with the product creator (solo founder) NDA Required Before Details: Due to the confidential and patent-pending nature of the project, all applicants must sign a simple NDA before receiving detailed files or reference images.
