Figma Designer needed for Internal Design Team
Energy Company is looking to hire a UI/UX designer to assist our development team to create software solutions for the web and mobile app spaces. We are partway through the design and development process and are looking for another set of hands to offer design and prototyping assistance to our current full-stack developer and execute on deliverables presented by the Project Management team. An ideal candidate for this opportunity is someone who is looking for a chance to be a part of a small but rapidly-growing team at a company making a sizable impact in a high-demand industry. Your eye for design will help to instantiate a new and industry-changing brand on the forefront of the software space that has yet to be tapped by our competition. Requirements: - Adept in UI/UX principles and can execute effectively on UI/UX requirements and deliverables - Proficient in prototyping/wireframing to assist the design team in actualizing workflows in the design stage - Thorough communicator able to align regularly with project management and stakeholder need - Quick turnaround for basic deliverables and proper adherence to standard design procedures - Creative and willing to make a difference in a growing brand Current Priorities: - A "customer dashboard" for remote point-of-sale automation with our customers (web app for phone and computer) - A "Customer Project App" that allows our customers to track their projects' progress and performance (mobile app) - An Internal CRM overhaul that will take our current CRM's performance specs and give it a proper design overhaul on a brand new platform coded by our team (web app for computer).
