Systems Engineer

Job Summary: As a Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions to stabilize, enhance, and harden our clients' critical assets. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions in coordination with your peers, and deploy advanced technologies to delivery value to our clients. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement solutions to enhance our clients’ critical assets or deploy new capabilities not already in place. • Collaborate with clients to develop requirements, designs, and plans for requested work. • Monitor systems as assigned and provide operational support as needed. • Conduct road map planning, provide estimates, identify risks and opportunities as part of periodic and annual portfolio planning or in support of sales opportunities. • Delivery work that is properly tested, meets requirements, and is delivered consistent with client and TNMG processes and procedures. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions with other IT systems and processes. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Proven experience as a Systems Engineer. • Windows Server administration • General provisioning and management of domain joined servers • MDT & WDS • Domain services administration • DNS • Active Directory • Group Policy • LDAP integrations • NPS (RADIUS) • Certificate Services • Entra ID administration • For all items above – should have experience with both GUI and PowerShell management • Identity management (Significant experience) • Enterprise Applications & SSO (Significant experience) • Exchange Online (Significant experience) • Security policy - audit, management, remediation (Significant experience) • Teams, including Teams Rooms • SharePoint • Entra ID Sync • Security support • Updating, patching, vulnerability remediation • Security tool/software deployment • Vulnerability scanning support • Other items • Terraform (AWS) • Ansible (light) • Logic Monitor • PowerShell scripting (advanced) • UEM / MDM – iOS, Windows, MacOS • VMware – vCenter, ESXi, VSAN • General networking concepts for troubleshooting
