VOIP system with dynamic Caller ID
We run a small call center and need a VOIP system that allows dynamic Caller ID spoofing. Your job is to find a reliable SIP/Trunk provider that supports customizable caller ID (CLI) changes. You must also link the trunk to a softphone or a low-cost/free PBX system like FreePBX, 3CX, Zoiper, or any reliable alternative. Call recording functionality is required. The softphone should be user-friendly, support multiple agents, and be cost-effective or free. After setup, we should be able to make outbound calls using different caller IDs as needed. Please include setup, testing, and basic user training. Please let me know if you can complete this project.
