Website visibility error issues on certain isp

I built a website for a client who is experiencing website security errors/warnings on certain Internet Service Providers. The site is visible on their phone but blocked on when accessing through their router. I cannot replicate the issue and have a strong SSL certificate installed. My host says everything looks good. I don't know how to troubleshoot the issue.
