Versatile Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant (Ongoing Support for Jewish Community Center)

We’re seeking a highly detail-oriented, fast-working designer and marketing assistant to support daily creative and marketing needs for a vibrant Jewish Community Center. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple tasks at once, and has an exceptional eye for design and consistency. You’ll be responsible for creating, editing, and updating digital and print assets across various platforms—while keeping everything aligned and accurate across the board. You MUST: • Have incredible attention to detail • Be responsive and organized in platforms like Asana • Be a strong designer with experience in both print and digital formats • Know how to adjust creative across multiple sizes/formats and keep consistency across assets (flyers, website graphics, signage, etc.) • Be proactive—if something changes on a flyer, you know it should also change on the website and in the email
