Link Attribution - Tracking who completes my Fillout.com Form

*24H Turnaround Needed - Urgent - Only Apply if Immediately Available* I need to track which websites users came from who completed my Fillout form (embedded from fillout.com) and the conversion rate. I am open to being taught how to do it, using a software, having you implement something, etc. Open to anything. 1. Un-targeted Measurement (organic audience conversion tracking): My site will be shared on several different platforms (reddit, forums, instagram, articles, etc). I want to be able to know which site the user came from that ultimately ended up completing my fillout.com form. The link that will be shared in this scenario will not have any specific URL tied to where it was posted. These people will be coming to my site organically. They will likely land on my homepage: https://mockup001.healthstubs.com To get to the Fillout form, they will scroll to the bottom of the homepage, select their role from the dropdown in the section "Help Make Healthcare Pay Transparent" (NOTE: This dropdown is a Gravity Form - which also has tracking capabilities, in case we need to compromise and track off of this), and then be directed to the Fillout form which is embedded on that page of my site. 2. Targeted Measurement: I would also like to track specific influencer marketing campaigns. For example, sometimes I will pay influencers on Instagram or Linkedin to post my site. I want to be able to track the conversion rate for these campaigns.
