Content & Newsletter Production Assistant (WordPress / Klaviyo)

WineCountry Media is the leading source of curated wine travel and lifestyle content. Our portfolio of sites (WineCountry.com, NapaValley, and Sonoma.com) offers travelers a diverse collection of trip planning tools, tasting guides, itineraries, experiences, and expert advice for creating memorable wine country vacations. We are looking for a talented individual that can work on a variety of website production tasks that include publishing and editing blog posts, updating content, and send out monthly newsletters. Weekly and Monthly tasks include: (1) Create, publish, and update blog posts and articles on Wordpress based websites, (2) Update existing web pages with new content, images, copy, etc. (3) Leverage Klaviyo to create and send consumer and client newsletters bi-monthly. Hours will average between 5-10 hours per week (some weeks more). Position requires intermediate experience working with Wordpress, Klaviyo, and you must have basic to intermediate experience with design and html. Most work does not require heavy design or html work, but you must be familiar and comfortable with the basics. Photo editing skills is ESSENTIAL. Experience with marketing is appreciated.
