We serve thousands of pre-health students, medical professionals, and career changers through accessible, high-quality content and interactive learning experiences. As we scale, we’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented Thinkific expert to help us take our educational platform to the next level. Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Thinkific course designer and front-end developer with strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and educational design. This role involves revamping and reimagining the look and feel of our existing healthcare courses using modern UI/UX best practices, AI tools, and interactive formats to create highly engaging, learner-friendly modules. Key Responsibilities: Audit and revamp all existing courses on Thinkific to improve visual design, structure, and learner engagement. Use custom HTML/CSS code to enhance the design of text lessons, quizzes, and module layouts. Convert and redesign current PowerPoint presentations using AI-based presentation tools (e.g., Beautiful.ai, Gamma, Canva AI) for improved flow, interactivity, and embedding into Thinkific. Build interactive components, such as timelines, flashcards, clinical pathways, and embedded content, using Thinkific-compatible code. Ensure all content is mobile-optimized, responsive, and visually aligned with ACT’s brand standards. Integrate visuals, graphics, icons, and animations that enhance clarity and learner experience. Collaborate with our internal content and support team to maintain deadlines and quality. Requirements: Proven experience designing and building courses on Thinkific Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic front-end styling specifically for LMS/course platforms Experience revamping PowerPoints using AI-based tools like Beautiful.ai, Canva Magic Design, or similar Strong knowledge of instructional design, especially in healthcare or professional certification settings A portfolio of visually engaging, interactive course content Experience embedding multimedia and third-party content into Thinkific Ability to suggest and implement best practices for student engagement and retention Excellent communication and project management skills (Bonus) Familiarity with medical or healthcare content design How to Apply: A short introduction about your experience A link to your Upwork profile or portfolio At least 2-3 examples of Thinkific courses or educational content you've designed Briefly describe your experience using HTML/CSS and any AI design tools you’ve used for presentations or interactivity
