What We’re Looking For • Proven experience designing and building high-converting landing pages for high-ticket services, lead generation funnels, or performance marketing campaigns. • Deep understanding of conversion psychology, buyer journeys, and funnel strategy. • Ability to translate paid media objectives into page experiences that drive action. • Strong design aesthetic with experience using tools like Webflow, Unbounce, Instapage, ClickFunnels, or custom-coded builds. • Collaborative mindset—able to work with PPC strategists, copywriters, and leadership to align pages with campaign goals. • Obsessed with performance. You understand heatmaps, split testing, session recordings, and what to do with the data. • Knowledge of how to leverage social proof, scarcity, visual hierarchy, and offer positioning to maximize results. • Portfolio that proves your work. We want to see before and afters, KPIs, or real examples of success. Bonus Points For: • Experience working with agencies or multiple client verticals. • Copywriting chops or strong ability to improve/advise on copy for CRO. • Ability to mock up wireframes and strategy decks alongside design work.
