Hi Anarul, I'm looking for an experienced, data-driven SEO expert to take over the long-term strategy and execution for my real estate investment company's website. Our goal is to rank consistently in the top 10 for motivated seller keywords across multiple local markets in the U.S. We already have a solid foundation in place, including: A high-converting website targeting homeowners looking to sell Content clusters and pillar pages underway CRM and lead intake systems built for scale What I need now is an SEO manager who can: Conduct deep market and competitor analysis in each local market we target Build and execute a content roadmap that aligns with our customer avatar and search intent Optimize on-page and technical SEO to ensure crawlability and indexability across all key pages Manage backlink strategies (white hat only) Use data tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, GA4, etc.) to measure results and iterate We're not looking for a short-term freelancer — we want someone to own SEO as a channel and help us grow our inbound lead pipeline consistently over the next 12–24 months.
