Salesforce + WordPress Integration Expert Needed (WPForms Connection Issue)

We’re looking for a Salesforce expert with strong experience working with WordPress integrations to help us resolve an issue with a client's website. Our current setup uses WPForms to capture lead data, which is then sent to Salesforce. While the integration appears connected in the WPForms dashboard, data is not being pushed into Salesforce. We need someone who can: - Audit our current WPForms → Salesforce integration - Troubleshoot and resolve why Salesforce isn't receiving the form submissions - Ensure successful lead data transfer and proper field mapping - Advise on best practices for ongoing syncing - Provide a brief walkthrough or documentation for our team Requirements: - Proven experience with Salesforce CRM setup and troubleshooting - Experience with WordPress websites and WPForms plugin - Understanding of webhooks, API connections, and CRM integrations - Strong communication skills (must be comfortable walking us through findings and solutions) Nice to Have: - Experience with other WordPress form plugins (e.g., Gravity Forms, Fluent Forms) - Salesforce development or automation experience (Process Builder, Flows, etc.) Project Type: Short-term – 1 to 2 days max for troubleshooting and fixing the issue Start Date: ASAP To Apply: Please include examples of similar Salesforce + WordPress integrations you’ve handled and your general approach to diagnosing issues like this.
