Discord rework for social club

I manage a private social club, and I had a volunteer setup my discord... I wanted a simple discord that had three Categories (Support, Community, and Volunteer) inside the categories the chat rooms reflect the different types of events. The only rooms I need locked down for invite only are related to a few committees. What my volunteer did was create a lot of rules and hoops for members to jump through that created a lot of hidden rooms, confusion, and frustration. I need the discord server simplified without losing the members. I have an outline of the server to be provided to the person I hired. This project relates to the LGBQ community, so I need a dev that is not offended by that content.
