Description: I’m looking for a skilled web developer to help me build a subscription-based website that delivers automated, downloadable CSV files containing certain financial market data to paying users. This is a real business with a clear target market: traders and investors who want fast access to this structured data they can upload into ChatGPT for their own analysis. I’m open to either: • A flat fee or hourly rate, or • A profit share/equity agreement for the right developer who wants to be a long-term partner. Timeline: This is a time-sensitive project — I’d like to launch as soon as possible, ideally within the next 2–4 weeks. I’m looking for someone who can hit the ground running and commit to building the MVP quickly. If you’re in or near Metro Detroit, that’s a big plus — I’d love to work with someone local. But I’m also open to remote developers who are fluent in English, responsive, and reliable. What the Website Needs to Do: • Let users sign up and pay a monthly user fee via Stripe or PayPal • Manage secure logins and subscriber-only access • Provide downloadable CSV files updated every 30 minutes from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST, Monday–Friday • Host these files securely so they can’t be shared publicly • Display a clean, mobile-friendly dashboard or download page • Load quickly, work reliably, and be easy to use Technical Requirements: • WordPress (preferred for MVP) or a custom stack (Flask, Django, Node.js) • Stripe or PayPal integration for recurring subscriptions • Automated file upload & management (cron jobs, APIs, etc.) • Security best practices for both file access and user authentication • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in English To Apply, Please Send: 1.
