Migrate to latest drupal and update several CiviCRM sites
Using Docker Images, update several CiviCRM sites to the latest drupal, mysql, and php and host on AWS. Optimize AWS to run these sites more efficiently. Additionally, I would like to learn how all of this is done so some hours could be earmarked for training. Of course, if you have a better way of implementing these installs I'm happy to discuss.
