Front-End Engineer Needed for Real Estate Tax Platform Launch
Project Overview We're launching a specialized platform offering cost segregation studies for real estate investors. We have an existing React/Tailwind-based front-end that needs finalization and deployment. This role will be crucial in bringing our platform to market and ensuring a seamless user experience. Required Skills & Experience - Strong expertise in React.js and Tailwind CSS - Experience deploying production-ready web applications - Experience integrating multiple payment gateways (Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal) - Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO best practices - Experience working with back-end engineers to implement API integrations - Strong understanding of web performance optimization - Version control (Git) proficiency Primary Responsibilities: - Finalize our existing React/Tailwind front-end design - Set up and deploy to a test/demo environment for initial testing and validation - Prepare and execute production deployment strategy - Coordinate with our back-end engineer to ensure proper data flow and display - Implement and configure e-commerce integrations including: -Payment processing (Stripe, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal integration) - Email marketing automation (Klaviyo) - Analytics and tracking (Google Analytics, Search Console) - Optimize website performance and ensure responsive design across all devices - Implement proper error handling and loading states - Set up monitoring and logging for production environment Project Scope & Timeline - Initial development and testing on demo site: 3-4 weeks - Production deployment and optimization: 1-2 weeks - Part-time to full-time availability required during this period - Regular communication and progress updates expected - Possibility of ongoing maintenance and feature development after launch Technical Environment Front-end: React.js, Tailwind CSS Version Control: Git Integrations: Stripe (with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal), Klaviyo, Google Analytics Collaboration tools: ClickUp for project management, Slack for communication Ideal Candidate: We're looking for a detail-oriented front-end engineer who: - Has launched multiple production websites - Is comfortable working with existing codebases - Has strong communication skills and can coordinate effectively with team members - Takes initiative in identifying and resolving potential issues - Has experience with real estate or financial service websites (preferred but not required) How to Apply: Please include in your proposal: - Your experience with similar projects - Examples of live websites you've deployed - Your approach to handling the integration between front-end and back-end systems - Your availability over the next 6-8 weeks - Your estimated time to complete the project
