Build and Automate Notion Workspace for Tracking Defense Intel and Sales Opportunities
We’re seeking a Notion expert with strong Zapier and OpenAI integration skills to build and optimize a workspace that supports our sales and intelligence tracking for defense-related opportunities. This system will help us manage email-derived intel—automatically classifying and routing content from flagged Outlook messages into a structured Notion database. We’ve already built a basic Notion setup that includes fields like: Signal or Alert (Yes/No) Opportunity Type (Gov, Export, Private, Partner) Related Product (STYX, NEMESIS, Fire Raid) Next Action (text) Date Logged We are using Zapier to connect Outlook to ChatGPT to Notion. We’ve written the classification prompt and want to improve automation, error handling, and UI clarity. We want: A clean, reusable database structure Zapier flows that can scale and don’t break easily GPT integration that reliably classifies and summarizes An improved layout so users can easily review new signals and assign follow-ups Ideal candidates will have experience building custom workspaces for sales teams, defense, or government contracting. Bonus if you’ve worked with CRM-like setups or real-world email-to-database automations using AI. Deliverables: Rebuilt, intuitive Notion workspace Working Zapier automation from email to GPT to Notion Example or test flow working live Loom video walkthrough of setup and maintenance We work async and move quickly—this project is well-scoped and ready to go.
