Hello, we have a current website - telehealth like - that instead of fixing bugs - want to do fresh new coding / following the same flow. Looking for a reliable, expert and efficient - who is an expert in angular and laravel / we use Github and AWS server. Can take our old code / and rewrite it rapidly up to modern standards.
