Job Description: I'm looking for an experienced web developer to build a searchable, SEO-friendly website that serves as a directory of California regulations, initially focused on oil and gas extraction rules. The website must clearly display regulatory texts (sourced from Airtable), allow easy search/navigation, and support monetization through Google AdSense.
