Are you a growth-driven CMO with a passion for consumer brands that make a difference? We’re looking for a visionary fractional CMO who can build our health-forward CPG brand from the ground up — with bold positioning, a high-impact acquisition strategy, and a handpicked team to execute it. Your Mission: • Position the Brand: Define our brand strategy, category POV, and key differentiators in the crowded CPG space • Own Customer Acquisition: Design and launch aggressive affiliate, influencer, and paid social strategies to acquire customers at scale • Assemble & Lead a Team: Recruit, manage, and align a fractional team (ads, creative, dev, content, affiliate mgmt) • Oversee Funnel & Website Execution: Guide the execution of traffic funnels and a high-converting brand site • Optimize for Growth: Build a system that grows LTV, leverages UGC, and turns customers into loyal fans • Lead With Strategy, Not Just Ideas: Align everything under one clear go-to-market gameplan What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years leading growth for DTC/CPG brands (fractional CMO or VP Growth experience preferred) • Proven success in launching or repositioning brands in wellness, nutrition, or lifestyle categories • Expertise in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, and social-driven growth • Ability to craft messaging, brand voice, and storytelling that drives emotional connection • Team builder who can manage freelancers and execute under lean startup conditions • Data-driven mindset with strong instincts for creative performance Bonus Points For: • Experience scaling brands on Shopify with paid social + UGC • Rolodex of freelancers (media buyers, designers, copywriters, affiliates) • Passion for health, nutrition, and purpose-led marketing • Familiarity with Better Than Water-type brands or modern wellness CPG positioning Role Details: • Commitment: 20–30 hours/month (flexible based on strategy roadmap) • Location: Remote • Start Date: ASAP • Compensation: Based on experience and contribution; include your hourly/project rate when applying.
