Migrate our small .org website to Shopify CMS using Concept theme

We need to migrate our small .org website over to Shopify using the "concept" theme. Assets including imagery, copy, links need to be pulled from the existing .org website and added to Shopify to build the landing pages out. There are 19 total pages to migrate over to Shopify (links and details of the pages will be provided).
