Real Estate Digital Marketing Expert for $1M Waterfront Vacation/Retirement Property
Description: I’m looking to hire a digital marketing expert to develop and execute a high-impact campaign to sell a $1M luxury waterfront home located in a secluded part of the Eastern Shore of Virginia. This is not your average listing — it’s an exclusive vacation, retirement, or investment property with ocean views, private beaches, a dock, 6 acres of land, and top-tier amenities. This campaign needs to reach lifestyle-driven buyers who may not be actively looking for a home — such as second-home seekers, investors, and retirees, especially from out-of-state.
