Explorer Cold Brew is looking for a performance-focused digital marketer to revamp our paid media strategy across both DTC/e-commerce and grocery retail channels. We’re a small but growing premium cold brew brand, recently launched nationwide at Whole Foods, and we need someone who can maximize impact on a limited budget. This project includes managing and optimizing Meta and Google ads for DTC, launching or improving Instacart and grocery-specific ad campaigns, and potentially incorporating other tools like Aisle, Ibotta, and geo-targeted rebate platforms to drive in-store trial. You’ll work directly with our founder to create a lean, effective, and measurable paid media strategy tailored to our unique multi-channel business. Efficiency, CPG experience, and scrappy creativity are musts. We have done DTC advertising on Meta and Google for years (very low spend) but now the main focus is really on grocery. TO CLARIFY: The top priority is building out our grocery channel focused digital advertising efforts (geotargeted ads, Instacart, etc) - DTC/e-comm is second priority so please make sure to address that in your proposal/cover letter.
