Creative LinkedIn Content & Engagement Specialist (Tech/Aviation a Plus)

We’re looking for a creative, all-around LinkedIn pro to help us build brand presence, drive engagement, and create meaningful content for a disruptive tech startup in the private aviation space. Barrel is a modern marketplace transforming how services and transactions are handled in the aviation world. We're passionate about what we're building, but we’re not designers or marketers — so we need someone who can help bring our voice and vision to life. This role is for someone who: -Knows how to create clean, engaging, on-brand posts (we’ll provide talking points) -Can grow and manage LinkedIn engagement (liking, commenting, messaging) -Has an eye for design or can use tools like Canva to make simple visuals -Understands how to build consistency and relevance without sounding salesy -Is self-driven, collaborative, and excited about building something real Bonus points if you: -Have experience in private aviation or aviation tech -Understand marketplace-style startups -Can help evolve this role into something long-term We’re a small, fast-moving team and this could turn into something bigger for the right person.
