We’re on the hunt for a Part-Time Social Media Content Manager to lead the charge in growing our presence on Instagram (and beyond). This role is part-time with strong potential to expand based on results and performance. About Us Franchise Top Picks is dedicated to helping aspiring entrepreneurs discover the best franchise opportunities. While this is our primary brand, we also manage several complementary accounts within the franchise and home services space. We already have a talented video editor creating high-quality content—you’ll take ownership of the strategy and execution to drive real growth and engagement. Our target? A highly engaged audience and over 100,000 followers in the next 6–12 months. What You'll Be Responsible For Managing and scaling multiple social media accounts (starting with @FranchiseTopPicks) Developing and executing a high-impact content and engagement strategy Collaborating with our video editor on content formats, hooks, and styles that convert Maintaining and optimizing a strategic content calendar Staying ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and viral content opportunities Using performance data to test, analyze, and continuously improve What We’re Looking For A proven track record of fast, strategic social media growth Deep expertise in Instagram, particularly Reels, and how to build brand trust Experience managing multiple accounts with distinct brand voices A self-starter mindset—you take the lead and make things happen Bonus: Experience with TikTok, LinkedIn, or YouTube Shorts and an interest in cross-platform expansion We’re Metrics-Obsessed We believe in what works—and we test everything. You should be confident using data to assess engagement, reach, retention, and growth, and using insights to drive smarter strategy.
