Graphic Design Contractor needed for template work / short form Canva videos
Overview: We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented graphic design contractor to support our ongoing marketing and content creation needs. This role involves working within established brand templates to produce a variety of deliverables, ranging from Word documents, PowerPoint decks, and PDFs to case studies, flyers, and brochures, as well as short-form digital content. Ideal for someone who can balance creativity with consistency and is comfortable working across both static and animated formats. Scope of Work: - Create and update materials using existing templates (e.g., Word docs, PDFs, InDesign files) - Design case studies, brochures, flyers, presentations, and other branded assets - Produce short-form videos or simple animated graphics for social media - Adapt content to different formats and channels while maintaining visual consistency - Collaborate via email or Slack for project intake and feedback - Deliver organized, final files in shared folders (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) Commitment: - 10-15 hours per week - 3-month initial contract (approx. 13 weeks) - Flexible work schedule with weekly check-ins Key Deliverables: - Digital marketing assets (social media graphics, email banners) - Web and UX assets (website images, CTA designs) - Print collateral (flyers, brochures, business cards) - Presentation templates and visual updates Ideal Candidate: - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop - Comfortable working with templates and brand guidelines across multiple formats - Experience using Canva for quick-turn video or animated content - Strong attention to detail and design fundamentals (layout, typography, brand alignment) - Responsive and communicative during agreed working hours Project Scope: - Ongoing part-time or project-based work - Quick turnaround times (1-2 days for most tasks) To Apply: Please share: - A short intro about yourself and your design background - Examples of previous work and any short-form video samples if available - Your availability and hourly/project rate *This is intended to support short-term, smaller design projects with flexibility, cost-effectiveness, and quality creative output in mind.*
