Videographer Needed for Awards Ceremony in Philadelphia

We are seeking a skilled videographer to film an awards ceremony taking place in Philadelphia on September 18th. The ideal candidate will have experience in event filming, ensuring high-quality video capture of the ceremony, including speeches, award presentations, and audience interactions. A creative approach to storytelling through video is essential. Equipment must be provided by the freelancer. Please include samples of previous event work in your application. Videographer Needs: Objective: To capture both individual, group, event, and awards video for the Titan 100 program which celebrates the area’s top CEOs and C-Level Executives and create a highlight reel of the evening. Project Deliverables Minimum 2 hours of video coverage of the 2025 Philadelphia Titan 100 awards event scheduled for September 18th from 5:30pm - 8:30pm at 2300 venue. Video edits and a 60-90 second highlight video produced and returned within 10 days of the event. Include flat rate for video shoot and edits with cost of hourly revisions. Titan 100 logo to be included at beginning and end of the video.
