Freelance Training Media Specialist

Job Description: Looking for a reliable and creatively-inclined Freelance Training Media Specialist to support our training department with multimedia production. This is a part-time, project-based role ideal for someone who’s comfortable juggling PowerPoint wizardry, graphic design, and some video editing magic. What You’ll Be Doing: PowerPoint Development: - Turn narrated training scripts into structured storyboards - Build visually appealing slides using a provided corporate PowerPoint template - Incorporate on-brand colors, typography, and design elements - Create and add custom graphics when needed to elevate content Video Editing: - Edit green screen footage of training sessions, adding backgrounds and on-screen graphics (think news anchor, not cheesy Zoom background) - Integrate supporting visuals and animations to match the training content - Turn PowerPoint decks into narrated videos with smooth transitions and professional polish What You Bring: - Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Premiere Pro, and basic Photoshop or Illustrator skills - A good eye for clean, corporate design (no Comic Sans, please) - Experience working with green screen footage and compositing lifelike backgrounds - Ability to interpret scripts and training objectives into engaging visuals - A collaborative attitude, with the ability to take feedback and meet deadlines without micro-management Bonus Points If You: - Can also edit audio or create animations (not required, but nice to have) - Know how to keep things looking professional without being boring This Is a Freelance, Remote Role. Workload will vary by project, but you'll be looped in during active training development periods.
