Objective: Use existing Canva templates to turn raw enhanced video into export-ready, on-brand content (1 full episode + 4 vertical reels). Tools: Canva (via template link), Google Drive (for receiving source + delivering exports) Editor Type: Ideal for Upwork or per-video contract editors Access Protocol: • You will NOT be given access to the internal Canva workspace • You will receive: → A shareable Canva template link for each format (16:9 and 9:16) → A Google Drive folder with raw, audio-enhanced videos from Dan • You will create a new Canva project based on the template link Step-by-Step Responsibilities: 1. Open the template link provided by Dan (one for 16:9 episode, one for 9:16 reels) 2. Create a new Canva design using the "Use template" button 3. Import each enhanced video into the timeline: • Sync video start point with animated intro • Adjust ending to match outro + brand music 4. Use the template’s built-in subtitles or visual styling as-is 5. Preview each clip for smooth animation/audio sync 6. Export each video using Canva's standard export settings: • Format: .mp4 • Resolution: 1080p 7. Upload finished files back to the designated Google Drive folder ✅ Success: Five fully branded, export-ready videos are returned to Dan with no deviation from visual or audio timing.
