NMLS Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer – Appointment-Based Role (Remote, U.S. Only)
We are looking to onboard experienced Loan Officers with active NMLS licenses to support a consistent stream of incoming borrower applications submitted through our advanced digital mortgage platform. Each month, approximately 100–120 borrowers complete applications and upload documents via our cloud-based portal, which automates much of the lending process including document management, lender matching, and real-time status tracking. 1. Key Responsibilities: 1.1. Communicate with borrowers who have scheduled appointments or requested assistance. 1.2. Review loan application progress and uploaded documentation. 1.3. Provide guidance if a borrower is delayed or confused during the document process. 1.4. Ensure files are complete before handing off to the underwriting team. 2. Platform Highlights 2.1. Borrower-facing portal for secure document submission. 2.2. Real-time application tracking and status visibility. 2.3. Integrated access to 30+ top U.S. mortgage lenders. 2.4. Automation of pre-qualification, borrower engagement, and file routing. 2.5. Full transparency and access for loan officers and processing teams. 3. Position Requirements: 3.1. Active NMLS license in at least one U.S. state. 3.2. Prior experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or Broker. 3.3. Strong understanding of borrower. documentation and qualification processes. 3.4. Excellent communication skills and borrower-first approach. 3.5. Proficient with digital tools and remote work platforms. 4. What This Job Does Not Involve: 4.1. No cold calling – all borrowers request contact. 4.2. No lead generation or prospecting. 4.3. No underwriting responsibilities. 4.4. No financial liability for loan origination. 4.5. No operational or marketing work – all backend systems are handled by our platform. 5. Work Structure: 5.1. 100% remote role – U.S.-based applicants only. 5.2.
